At Scarlett Chase®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luxury footwear doesn't provide the perfect fit, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, or opt for a QR code for printer-less drop-offs.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and packaging to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
